The Guardians of Vlkolinec II

The first note from settlement Vlkolinec(Wolf settlement) is from year 1461. These wooden figures(which are typical for this region) are from 2005, but there are very sensitive located here.
Also in this disrict live brown bear, common wolf, lynx lynx and other wild animals.
On the right hand you can see part of mountain Sidorovo(1099m a.s.l.) where archeologists found ancient relics of ceramics from year 2500 B.C. During WWII.there could be there german anti air base.

Good composition in two plans, these structures look genuinely rural and this is the best I remember about Slovakia, good rendering in apparently challenging light conditions.

Krasna fotka ! Drevena socha tam stoji naozaj ako strazca tej pamiatkovej rezervacie. Skoda, ze domceky v pozadii nie su troska ostrejsie. Prisnost strazcu je v sulade s hroziacim nebom. V Tvojej zbierke este chyba drevena zvonica. Ukazes nam to niekedy ?

Ahoj Peter,
not bad, but the composition and DOF does not work too much for me. I´d rather choose smaller aperture to have greater DOF and place the "guardian" further to the right. Now it is almost in the middle and it deteriorates my impression of the photo.
Color are nice and tasty, maybe on the edge of being oversaturated but not crossing that edge. The sky is nice too, good lighting.
