Photographer’s Note

These swans on Lake Bled are particulary braggy, and often quite aggressive, so dont stick a finger to them, you may turn out missing one or two of them.

Notice how I categorized photo as nature AND food. No, it`s not a coincidence. :)
But seriously, they look nice on the lake, even though swimming with them is not advisable.

I like the wide angle POV! The water color is also very interesting. As for the swans...they are simply beautiful! Nice shot.

That's a quite interesting and truly beautiful picture!
The pov and the composition are the highlights here!
But all the other photo qualities are very good as well! Timing was perfect too!

Evo malo poezije sa Bleda. Labudovi u jezeru su u prednosti što mogu da se kupaju kad god hoće. Ali ne mogu da slikaju kao ti Miha. Posle si još i pivo popio, a njima ko šta da. Lep prizor pred završetak dana na TE. Puno te pozdravljam dragi prijatelju!

a nice composition of lines, colours and contrast. The geese are really exciting in action. The light balance is well presented here.
A lovely scene depicting the calmness and peacefulness of a pleasant place.

Hello Miha,

A superb view, the attitudes and the white color of the two swans are very well colleced. Good balance in the compoistion too with POV and a FG (the wood) very well selectd. Good and nice photowork.

Haven't tried eating swan Miha but I'm sure with slow cooking that they would be great. If you took the photo in Australia the challenges would be different because our swans are black.
A well captured shot, especially of the cheeky one.

Hello Miha, Surely these swans are not very good to eat? unless of course one is very hungry and there is little else to eat. Beautiful birds, well captured, detail & colour are excellent, the one in from with the extended long neck may be aggressive but looks somewhat elegant. Nice one.
