Photographer’s Note

In 1993 the Salina became the first Slovene wetland, inscribed on the list of internationally important marshes under the auspices of the Ramsar convention. The Salina is extremely important as an extraordinary assortment of various ecosystems, combined of transition forms between sea water, brackish, fresh water and land ecosystems.

Nel 1993 le Saline di Sicciole, quale prima zona umida della Slovenia, sono state incluse nell’elenco delle localita’ tutelate dalla convenzione di Ramsar. Le saline sono importanti quale eccezionale intreccio di ecosistemi, che unisce le forme di transizione tra gli ecosistemi brachiali marini, quelli d'acqua dolce e quelli della terraferma.

Ciao Renzo,
Come stai?
Bella costruzione con la prospettiva data da questo canale. Il contrasto con le vasche che si aggrappano orizzontalmente molto bene visto.
E mi piace molto anche i colori argentati di questa giornata senza sole.

bella prospettiva, anche questi toni argento non mi dispiacciono affatto...ma di la verità, qui hai sentito aria di polesine...vero vero!

Ciao Renzo,
anche nel paesaggio trovi sempre delle belle geometrie, molto belli questi riflessi argentei sull'acqua. Certo l'idea di venire a Castelluccio in moto era ottima ma e' stato meglio rimanere a casa l'acqua che c'era.....

Che bella, pensosa immagine, Renzo. Quella casa sembra avere occhi spenti, che pur tuttavia continuano a guardare su quell'acqua, Perchè la amano. Il sale? Sai anche tu che é così importante nella vita... Che cosa sarebbe la nostra esistenza, priva di sale? Sciapa, amorfa. Vero, Renzo?

Excellent composition work here, Renzo! Apart from the great diagonals, I particularly like the slightly off-center position of the house and the inclusion of that little bit of road on the right. And the probably boring sky left out of the frame! Good picture.

Hello Renzo,
A fien view o nthe salt popàjnds with a strong diagonal composition. Good choice to omit the sky and concentrate on the ponds with the house as an eye-catcher.

hi Renzo,
as always in your photos, geometric patterns and strong perspective dominate the scene, they add great depth to the photo. seems like an overcast day, so I agree with the choice of leaving out the sky, it would only take away from the strong composition.
