Quitapellejos is one of the Vera beaches and is situated in a small cove with pine trees on the beachfront. It is a true haven of tranquility. Has extended with the famous naturist beach El Playazo.
Vera is a town in the province of Almeria, inhabited since the Paleolithic six thousand years ago. The Carthaginians exploited ore and the Roman occupation left abundant testimony, the Muslim occupation took place during the fifteenth century.
Vera, divided into a two separate and distinct areas each other for 6 km: Vera Pueblo (city) and Vera Playa (Beach) with a 5 km of coastline.
Because of the mining crisis and the decline of traditional agriculture which took place in the 70s, Vera began to develop tourism taking advantage of the great attraction to local beaches where you installed the naturist tourism. Vera playa is divided being a busy part by housing developments naturists, where to walk naked in the street is normal, and the other party with hotels and resorts for the common tour.
