Cadiz, took from its prominence because of the tree andalusian pearls (Granada, Cordoba and Seville), it´s the most exotic face in Andalusia.
Not in vain, its incredible caribbean appearance with La Habana made Cadiz win the making of the last Pierce Brossnan´s James Bond movie, just feigning being the capital of Cuba.

A thin tongue of land separates Cadiz of being a beautiful island at the Atlantic Sea, a sea just like in Lisboan gives to Cadiz a light as wonderful as intense.

This beach, La Caleta, one of the most beautiful in Cadiz city seacoast, was the place where on the movie, Halle Berry came out from the water, paying homage to that famous scene of Ursula Andrews also caming out from the water in the 60´s.
This man from Cadiz is not Halle, but it was funny to take the picture like this.

Ensombrecida por las tres perlas andaluzas (Granada, Córdoba y Sevilla), Cádiz es la cara más exótica de Andalucía.
No en vano, su asombroso parecido con La Habana, hizo a la ciudad ganar el rodaje de la última película de James Bond que realizó Pierce Brossnan, simulando ser la capital de Cuba.

Una finísima lengua de tierra separa a Cádiz de ser una hermosa isla en medio del Atlántico, un mar que como a Lisboa, regala a ciudad una luz tan maravillosa como intensa.

Esta playa, La Caleta, una de las más bonitas en la linea costera de la ciudad, fue la elegida para filmar la secuencia en la que Halle Berry emerge del agua, rindiendo homenage a la escena de Ursula Andrews en los 60.
Este hombre gaditano no es Halle, pero fue muy divertido lograr sacar la foto así!

Pues debo decir que a mi Cádiz no me gustó nada de nada. Menos que nada. Vale, llovía y tal pero la vi muy sucia.

One man only on the beach, with a lot small boats in background, also the island on the background gives a nice composition.

Nice view of all the small boats moored in a beautifull blue sea. There is an excellent depth of view here and a good composition with the jetty in the background and part of the beach in the foreground.

Este parece un agradable lugar para relajarse. Parece que por estos lares siempre andas por las alturas...

don't you recognize me? the walking man was me.As you know i'll visit Andalusia on Sep 22-29 and i'll stay in Malaga.I'll plan of course to visit and Gadiz .I like this capture with the decades of boats in the harbor with these nice colours and light.A well managed shot.Well done.

Ya estas de vuelta, aunque será por poco tiempo, ya casi te veo otra vez con algún viajecito ;-)

Esta imagen es muy parecida a la anterior, posee la misma perspectiva, esta vez la arena muestra una imagen más típica, el buen señor proporciona al trabajo un poco de vida y rompe con su colocación descentrada la posible monotonía de la orilla, las barcas guían a la mirada hasta el horizonte creando una buena profundidad, el cielo sigue sin gustarme y para ser más quisquilloso te diría que le falta un poco de definición o enfoque, por lo demás perfecta amigo.
