Bike in the old town of Cordoba.
The bike, wall and staircase all stood out for me in terms of composition and color. I took shots from several angles and this seemed to be the best. However, it seems to be missing something, whether it's framing, better light, whatever. What do you think? |

I cannot believe you did not get any comments/critiques on this one yet! I love it!! I think you did a great job with compo, clarity and colors. Maybe a tiny straighten but this is my kind of scenery! Simple and beautiful. (for straightening, use the top of gate from window) I still give you 2 points.
The light when you took the picture is very even, due to that there is no highlights on the picture. That is the thing missing. The whole place is under shade. To remedy this play around the levels control of photoshop to give a little more color and contrast counteract the lack of highlights. See the WS I did for you.

Effective, simple compo. I agree with Erdna, the missing element is interesting light. Too bad, because otherwise it would be a spectacular shot.
