Bonjour Roger ,
Jolie image toute simple , avec peu de couleurs ( hormis ces dirrérents tons de bleu ) , mais également beaucoup de détails dans la texture des murs blancs , des rochers peints ... Bonne gestion de la lumière .

Hey Rog,

I like it, it`s lovely. Simple, unpretentious, with good style, and shows your technical expertise, great color contrast, excellent details (with the textures and all), the light and shadows add a fine ambiance. It`s also very symmetrical, the lines and all.
Also a good choice of a frame.

Tu touches là un point sensible pour moi, je crois vraiment que les Alpujaras st une de mes regions préférée d'Espagne. Même si la photo souffre un peu de son âge et du passage au scanner, j'y retrouve l'atmosphère et les extraordinaires blancs des villages de Pampaneira, Bubion ou Capilleira

Ces diiférentes nuances de bleu ressortent très bien sur le blanc des murs. Beau jeu de lumière et d'ombre sur ces murs, ce jeu rompt l'uniformité du blanc.

questa foto è particolarmente bella, perchè giocando con la luce, sei riuscito a colorare il muro bianco con tutte le tonalità del grigio, facendole risaltare con un tocco di colore blu. Da una semplice immagine hai fatto una foto stupenda. Bravissimo.

Hi Roger. You have a real change of mood with this image. As you say, this has a real Moorish feel with the architecture and the vivid blue. Its simplicity and its careful composition work well.It is a interesting document too. The theme of the traces of the Moors in Spain would be an interesting topic.Regards kevin

Showing the drying of clothes in white backdrop contrast is very effective here to show the texture of walls in bright light and abstract way of bringing out the color of blue and black. Interesting way to capture photography and it works well.

hello Roger,
for a 20 year-old slide I'd say there are no problems with quality. may be a little too much sharpening for my taste, but I realise it does bring out the texture of the wall. love the colours, pure white and bright blue work well to conjure an image of a sunny day in Southern Europe. very nice work, I like it a lot.

Apart from the grain, the quality is very good for a scan. It's a simple scene, yet wonderful, nicely composed and very representative of the architecture and daily life of the place. It's interesting that you caught mostly blue clothes, which combine very well with the white walls and is so used in doors and windows all over the Mediterranean.

Love the contrast of this image, beautiful blue on white wall. Must be hard to do, since the reflection of the light must cause the camera to overcompensate on the dark. I like the texture of the wall. Nice and sharp with great detail. The graininess bother me a little but that what give the wall nice texture, so I think it turn out good. Thanks

Mon linge sèche en ce moment sur ma terrasse mais je crais que si je fais un photo je n'aurai pas autant de popularité que celle-ci. Très belle balance des blancs ici j'aime beaucoup le contraste avec cette variété de bleu qui claque. Belle inspiration cette année-là et un bien joli scan. Bien vu Roger.
