[Ligne directrice - Note] Note du photographe
One of the column of the Palacio de Los Leones, Alhambra, Granada. I fell in love with the perfection and charm of the decoration, carved in the filler, and with the light gently touching the lines of the arches. A rose light from the rose castle (Qalˁat al-hamrā'). I tried to do my best with the lateral light and the diffivult focus. (Home made scan from dia)

Alhambra is one of the most beautigful places in the world!
They say that the last Granada calipf Mohamed Abu Abdalahyah didn't have the heart to look back at Alhambra when the Spaniah people chased him away, but, from a far hill he sighed looking far away to his castle.
Perhaps it is only a legend, but, believe me, if you will ever be there yuo ain't avoid to believe it!

Bonsoir Laura,
sono un lavoro incredibile di ricamo su pietra o di platre. La vostra immagine si spiega bene l'opera d'arte e la luce ambientale. Un lavoro riuscito e molto interessante.

Bellissima colonna, una vera opera d'arte, la foto focalizza il lavoro eccellente dell'artista che ha creato questo capolavoro di cui anche se non ho mai visitato la città penso sia piena, ottima foto per invogliare alla visita in pieno spirito di TE, complimenti Laura.

la Spagna me la ricordo come un viaggio molto intenso e ricco di emozioni; per un'appassionata di architettura come te penso ti abbia dato tantissimo...
Guarda abbiamo avuto la stessa idea...domani (visto che oggi non posso più uplodare) ti posto nel WS lo scatto alla colonna che ho realizzato io, in maggior dettaglio.

ciao Laure, I prefere this shot and I think this art and architecture is the best mix for both. Good useful notice and superb motive with lot of typical Maor style.
