rivers tend to run over beach areas where they can isolate walkers and make them take to the highway or promenades...in full summer they dry up..

The simplest ones are always the best. Nice POV - the river leads nicely to the background mountains taking in the trees as we go. Love the clarity of the water in the foreground and the reflections. Nice natural colours.
