Photographer's Note

I am back home and now the very exciting moments - to see my pictures on the big screen and the possibility of some pp. Quite a task with 36 GB of pictures.

The last day I spent in Barcelona. When I was there two years ago, I visited Park Guell, Casa Battlo , Pedrera and Sagrada Famiglia, but I had no time for Hospital Sant Pau. So now I left my backpack and went there. As is often in famous place, There are incredible herds of people near Sagrada Famiglia, simply horror. And I do not like how they build it now. So I left the area as quickly as possible. The complex of Sant Pau is very beautiful, maybe I like it most of all, and very quiet.

The former Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau is a complex built between 1901 and 1930, designed by the Catalan modernisme architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner. Together with Palau de la Música Catalana, it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

It was a fully functioning hospital until June 2009, when the new hospital opened next to it, before undergoing restoration for use as a museum and cultural center, which opened in 2014.
