Photographer’s Note

Running in the back is more fun, as you can see here, just around the corner from yesterdays posting and quite a while later.
There is an awful lot of water spent in an event as this.

How could so many people have so much fun running a marathon, are they nuts!!!
Lovely shot, all the smiling faces and all the empty water bottles.

Hello Gerrit,
The point of view towards the corner gives a great sense of dynamism. I like the framing with the lamp on the right and the presence of the empty water bottles which evoke the mood perfectly. Good colours and sharpness.

Imagine the ecological impact of just this one event with all the plastic bottles to dispose of. A good reportage image of this event.

it is the apology for pollution by the plastic bottles:) Beautiful image proving that there are still people able to make physical efforts in our world of bureaucrats, the pleasure and the joy. Pretty work, a sporting photograph, showing healthy people. Cheer.

Een mooi gezicht al deze marathonlopers in hun kleurrijke hesjes. Ze vallen daardoor mooi op tegen de achtergrond. Leuk dat je al die lege flesjes in de voorgrond erbij hebt genomen.

Not only cycling but also running ;)
Yes, all these plastic bottles thrown by the runners caught my eyes ...Lots of dynamism, fun (can see the people in front with big smiles). We can notice as well, some people who did not belong to that competition.
An interesting image...
