The Green Lagoon, whose name is Charco de los Chiclos, is a volcanic crater that formed along the coast, allowing you to create a pond of emerald green covered with algae, and semicircular, between the beach and the mountain.
The place is really beautiful, not only the crater and the lake, as well as the beach and the rocks within the bay, that should be part of the original crater.
The Charco de los Chiclos, is situated near the village of El Golfo, a typical fishing village on the west coast of the island of Lanzarote.
