Photographer's Note

Hello friends and colleagues, today I propose this composition, with the view from the balcony of my room in this lovely courtyard hotel Cazalla. Hope you like it, then some letters on the villa.

Cazalla of Sierra is a Spanish municipality in the province of Seville, Andalusia. It is located in the Sierra Norte and part of the Natural Park of the Sierra Norte de Sevilla, bordering the autonomous community of Extremadura. In 2008 it had 5,047 inhabitants. Its surface area is 352 km² and has a density of 14.13 inhabitants / km². Its geographical coordinates are 37 ° 55 'N, 5 ° 45' W. It is situated at an altitude of 600 meters and 80 kilometers from the provincial capital, Seville.

Cazalla is head of the second of the fifteen judicial districts which were established in Seville in 1834 [8] [9], which includes the municipalities of Alanis, Almaden de la Plata, Constantina, Constantina, El Pedroso, El Real de la Jara, Guadalcanal, Las Navas de la Concepción and San Nicolás del Puerto.

History.

Aniseed and spirits.
The huge wine production that took Cazalla during the fifteenth and sixteenth centuries, resulted in the distillation of surplus for the alcohol which began manufacturing the famous brandy, which thereafter takes the place name of our population "Cazalla ". The quality of the vines, climate and soil composition, composed the best deliver this special lineage factors. Fifteen factories engaged in the production of brandy grew to Cazalla (Anise Corona, Ideal, La Cepa, Torre del Oro, etc.), of which only two survive. This product is still produced maintaining and preserving techniques and almost the same facilities than before. Derived from these anises and taking advantage of the fruits that grow at the edge of regajos and utility is obtained by soaking in brandy liqueurs Brunos, plums and, the most famous liqueur cherries.
