Hey Therese.
The symetry is engaging, the composition seems nice, its cropped (if it is) perfetly, looks like the main object is focused very well, really jolting out of the picture in the foreground, the colors seem great.
Why am I using "seems" so much? Because the picture is scanned small. Could have been 200pixels wider or so. Neverthless, it "seems" very nice.
