Photographer’s Note

All Swedish Lapland is one, mighty and overwhelming nature experience. The air is pure and you can quench your thirst with water from many rivers, lakes and streams. Wild animals, berries and mushrooms from the forests are used to create exquisite delicacies in the kitchens of Swedish Lapland.

Our tradition of protecting and preserving nature has meant that many unusual plants grow in unique habitats here, and rare species of animals find sheltered places to raise their offspring. Swedish Lapland has eight national parks and 170 nature reserves, each with its own special character. Swedish Lapland is proud of its fantastic, pristine nature.

The mountains, forests and coastlands all bear their own secrets. The high country has challenging peaks with stunning mountaintop views and exciting caves to explore. Untamed rivers rush through the mighty forests, pike splash amid the reeds, and tiny wildflowers sway in the dancing mists on endless marshes. And where the mighty rivers reach the coast, a fabulous archipelago with sandy, shallow-water beaches and time-polished rock awaits you.

charming landscape of the swedish lapland. You've taken the scene very smooth and sharp. I like the contrast between the different part of forests, mountains and coastlands seen on your photo.

A beutiful picture of this beautiful landscape. You should be an ambassador for this province! Your fine note is pure tourist propaganda :-) The problem with Lapland is that it is so far way, about 1700 kilometers by car from Gothenburg.

Bonjour Andrey,
un paysage 100% naturel avec beaucoup de profondeur et de merveilleuses couleurs.
Beaucoup de contrastes même dans le ciel.
Il me semble toutefois que la phoot penche un peu sur la gauche.
