Mom, we´re cold now! Photo

Photographer’s Note

I think this will be the last from that cold and foggy day. In the rolling fields on the clear side of the valley I spotted three kids going home from an entertainment session in the snow, carrying or pulling there gear. As it was almost -20 C I think mom has some hot chocolate ready for them when they come home to the farmstead.

And the backdrop is of course a fogbank. Without it this shot had been impossible as it covers a forest clad hill.

Brrrr... -20C? Nice colors here, of what must be a very weak sunray over the snow field. Nice composition also. The boys show us the size of this empty, cool space.

this sounds like a jokoe to me... We are under 40°C at Brazil, and I see this picture, full of ice, nice winter tones. Almost make me cry, Ebbe!! Wonderful shot, lovelly colors and compo. As usual, a good picture. Winter, please come soon!!!
