This is a beautiful, simple blue hour shot, creating the impression of a perfect peaceful night in a perfect peaceful world. In short creating an illusion.

Hello Elena,
Oh, how I long for a warm and light evening in June or July, now that we are heading for several dark, cold and miserable months. The lamps spread a cosy and romantic light and they are nicely seen on diagonal lines. The pleasantness of the area is enhanced by the glimpses of boats, the dome of the Skeppsholmen church and the Museum of East Asian art to the left.

It is a good example of night image taken at the blue hour, perfectly exposed and framed. The right and sober colors are very pleasant. I appreciate the standard lamps, photographed without local over-exposure. A photographic great success. Congratulations.

très belle photo faite à ce que j'appelle l'heure bleu, le soleil est disparu mais le ciel n'est pas encore noir, très bonne prise, presque romantique.

dear Elena,
lights of lanterns look very graceful and warm, at this half dark time, in quiet view of bridge with few people.
dark blue sky and deep green trees, and distant buildings make very settled ambience.
the bridge always located between two world, and this bridge seems to induce us to cheerful night scene, or depressive severe night...I don't know, but in my feeling, the anticipation is more cheerful here.

Hello Elena,

I like the great sense of depth and distance in this photo enhanced by that man in the distance. You can't see Stockholm but you "feel" it. The street lamps are undoubtely very attractive. It seems that those ships at the left coulb be interesting and worthwhile for a shot, did you take them?

Chapeau pour la bonne maitrise de l'exposition à l'heure bleue.
Intéressante perspective à la droite du pont.
Je pense qu'une image prise de l'autre côté aurait permis d'avoir une vue plus dégagée sur la rivière et ses bateaux.

Interesting to note the time of this shot...as we never have natural light at that hour(obviously so because of our location). The perspective and lead-in is well created by the bridge, but the artificial lights are the real eye catcher. Good clarity and sharpness. Thanks also to provide the link to the Chapman..that picture is excellent!

I like the lines diminishing and ending to the far right, a little bit of ambient light left and the light from the street lights also illuminating. Excellent capture.
