Photographer’s Note
Stockholm City Hall is situated upon Riddarfjärden, a bay of Lake Mälaren. The building stands on the easten tip of Kungsholmen, a rather large island in Stockholm. It houses the Municipal Council. The Nobel Prize banquet takes place here. The achitect’s name is Ragnar Östberg. The construction started in 1911 and took 12 years and almost 8 million bricks were used. The cost of construction was 18 million Swedish Crowns an enormous amount in those days. It was inaugurated on 23 June 1923. The height of the highest tower is 106 meters.

Hello Ulf,
A POV and an unusual framing well selected give this nice shot with a great vertical depht. The elemnts of the edifice arise very well under this beautiful sky. Superb contrasts and play of shade in the FG.
Have a nice WE,
Roger

Hej Ulf,
A very fine picture from this low POV up against the sky. Good framing by this arch and a fine inclusion of that shadow. I took this photo from the top, many many years ago;-)

Hej Ulf,
A fine POV where the vault frames the tower very nicely. I like the shadow of the spire on the wall. The picture is presented with your usual careful exposure and sharpness.

Excellent POV, great shadows on those red walls. It's pleasant to see some blue sky and remember summer...

Hello Ulf,
Voici une belle prise de vue, avec un angle intéressant vers le ciel.
Le contraste entre ombres et lumière est superbe.
Bonne soirée

Hej Ulf,
I think you chose a very interesting and really non-trivial point of view (especially including that dark shadow on the wall)! and of course, with "the right" lighting :)
I like this view from within the arch: this adds a bit of a "medieval" mood to the scene :)
bästa hälsningar!

This town hall gives a lot of opportunities for good compositions, and I think I've shot my best photos here. But I didn't think of this particular pov and composition which I find very good. The bell tower preserves all its grandeur and at the same time you have a glimpse of the interior yard. Excellent clarity and light management.
I was puzzled by the data exif: focal lenght 7 mm?
May I ask you which camera did you use?
Have anice day,
Donato
