Welcome to the colour age! ;) Nice composition with very nice lighting of facade as a background. The lamp on the right is well thought out because it's a good balance to the signs on the left.

Surtout si elle sont toutes de la qualité de celle-ci.

The first testing bench is ok. Do you know what I expecially like of this photo? The fact that there aren't air-conditioners on the walls: in Italy also many houses like these one are aestetichally devastated by their presence.

Très belle composition Gal. L'angle de prise de vue est parfait pour mettre en valeur les enseignes, les lanternes, les toits de tuiles et d'ardoises. Les couleurs sont parfaites.
Une très jolie vue qui ferait une très belle affiche vantant les beautés de la ville.

On top of the sharness and good colors I mainly like how this composition is so well balanced, everything in the right place, nothing anoying, nothing missing. And a very fine frame too.

Even with color this is a muted image, a lovely softness in an urban environment. You obviously have great control over whatever tools you do have available because the geometry of this image is perfect, which when added to the interesting composition makes it a delight to the eye. The two signs on the left and the lamp on the right and in the foreground... my envy is arising even as I write. (This is, no doubt, what you were looking for in my Delivery Door image... :-))

I look forward with great anticipation to this series of images. This first one is very fine. Thanks Gal.

I forgot to say, the framing is very distinctive and elegant as well. Perfection!

Une nouvelle série, et en couleurs svp! Une grande première et une première réussie à mon avis. J'aime particulièrement l'absence de ciel et le fait que toute l'image est vraiment remplie. Bon point de vue et très bonne composition. Une excellente image Gal.

Excelente imagem urbana, mas melhor ponto de vista e composição.

O posicionamento do placards é muito bom pois cria um ponto inicial de leitura da foto muito forte e interessante e traz os detalhes necessários para fazer esta foto sobressair de outras do mesmo género. Bom controlo da exposição.

Hola Gal: Softness in colors and in the illumination. I like the depth that they give him the details of the forge. The streetlight of the right defines the details very well from the one to illumination. Have I planned to take pictures in the city this has degree of difficulty, mainly if the buildings are very united and are they very high, and also in some cases, the traffic and the movement of people, do I suppose that your picture took it in the second or third floor from other I build? They interest me a lot the details, I plan to take pictures of the Historical Center of Mexico and I believe that your pictures will be of a lot of utility for my and to learn how to appreciate the details of the architecture. I was happy when i saw your note, and I totally agree that you often boost your joy by limiting your options!!! I had the same feeling after I sold my zoom lenses and went for primes, often carrying only one lens at a time...

I really like this first posting. The colors are clear and you managed to get STRAIGHT vertical lines and they bring depth to the scene. Amazing also how "clean" this image is when it comes to powerlines, colormix etc...
