Ah, finally some action, can't be enough here on TE. Nice capture here with his wings in a vertical angle were we can see the big sponser of these events. It's not that easy to make such shots, but you've done it really nice.

Excellent mid-flight capture, Kari. Great sharpness shows the details of this plane, and the colors are vivid. I recognize the setting - isn't this Mystery Park?

Hej Kari.
Very well taken photo with great chosen exposure to get the target sharp and clear. A perfect timing helped, too. Nice to have got those different constructions of the 'buildings' in one photo.

Kari,
pure action! I like it a lot and I remember your shots of this event from last year. Glad that you still have some shots in your HD to share with us the moment. Funny and very opportune to call the event Red Bull Air Race. Is it a complete safe race or did some airplane crush into any of these obstacles?
Fantastic sharpness on the airplane, particularly the wings, but how come that the rest of the image is slightly blurry?

Hi Kari,

I like the idea of Red Bull Race. They created their own worldwide attraction with great success.

And you made a successful photo from this flying circus/race. This capcure is really nice due to the best timing and its composition.

It beat the usual blue sky background and small airplane combination. The main subject is in the best visible position and the background is also very supportive with interesting shapes and colors. Almost all elements are clearly visible - great composition.

Hi kari,
That IS a complicated course - excellent timing in framing both the course and airplane in a maneuver & zooming through a clear space. Action shots are WAY more difficult than landscape.

Hi Kari. I remember the movie, very old now! Great photo. The airplane has good sharpness and stands out well from the BG. There is good space around the airplane also. Well captured and thanks for sharing.

This one not was an easy photo because the exposure and the speed of the aircraft.
But you made a good work with the composition and the exposure and I like this one.

I'm not a fan of these races, but you present here a very nice picture, with a very sharp view of the airplane and an interesting mix of elements and colours in the composition.
