[Ligne directrice - Note] Note du photographe
It was a great & sunny September day on the top mountain railway station of Rigi Kulm (1800M). The peak of Mt Rigi is only a short walk from here. It's great to be above the cloud and to see the lakes of Luzern below through the clouds. Impressive views of the surrounding mountain ranges too. Switzerland has always been good to me ... always welcoming me with fantastic weather for walking & photography.

Take a look at the toothed racks in the middle of the railway tracks. These interlock with cogwheels fitted below the locomotives. The cogwheel railways from Arth-Goldau and Vitznau operate up to the Rigi Kulm the whole year.

Have a nice weekend. Regards.

Hello Latiff,

Red tram is very attractive under splendid blue sky. Your well chosen POV adds good depth and valuable passengers there. Excellent quality of scanning, very clear, all natural colors. Congratulations. Have a nice weekend.

Best Regards,

Ertugrul

Hi Latiff,

long time I don't see posts from you...very nice perspective of the railroad. It guess you have a wonderful view from there. The image is clear and it comes with great luminosity. I like your choice for this saturation. It's vivid and attractive. Well done!
Regards,
Carlos

Bonsoir,

Hi Latiff again, what nice-great vivid colors!
Clever use the POV-angle to give more of the great sky as a background.
Have a nice time.

Hi Latiff,
an interesting place and scene. Dangerous POV. Fine colours and composition. I like it.

Hi Latiff,
I missed this one while I was offline.
Splendid weather high up there. Rails create a strong perspective. And the background reveals we are high above valleys on the Alps. I've been there once, but unfortunately clouds covered the views.
Correct location would be Schwyz >> Rigi.

Salam Latiff,
really q great shot here. Excellent perspective , lines and scenic beauty. Very clear and rich in its story too. The contrasting colours, between the train and the sky give the pix a great impact as well as the dramatic clouds.
Brilliant effort.

Foozi
