Photographer’s Note
Now, when we are celebrating the Victory Day and are waiting Mother’s Day tomorrow, I would like to present some flowers in my today’s post. But the spring has just started and there are few of them in the city. At the moment of the capture I could find only cowslips (left-hand part of the bunch in the picture, not flowering yet) and dandelions, both being our primroses and the commonest grassy plants.
Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) is an herbaceous perennial plant of the family Asteraceae (Compositae). It can be found growing in temperate regions of the world, in lawns, on roadsides, on disturbed banks and shores of water ways, and other areas with moist soils. Dandelion is considered a weedy species, especially in lawns and along roadsides; it is sometimes used as a medical herb and in food preparation. As a nearly cosmopolitan weed, it is best known for its yellow flower heads that turn into round balls of silver tufted fruits that blow away on the wind. (From Wikipedia)

Bonjour Sergiy.
Ton œil de photographe a vu dans cette modeste fleur qui pousse entre béton et bitume le symbole de la vie plus forte que la guerre et que la mort.
Beau message !

Hi Sergiy!
A nice idea to photograph this humble plant which is often despised , disliked and treated as a weed and a nuisance!
I am sure it's grateful to you, for having seen in it the ray of sun that in can bring to the grey asphalt!
Very original!
Best wishes for the weekend!
Marie Louise.

Hi Sergiy, Original and universal photo showing how amazing nature is to fill any small crevice with life. It is common on the sandstones here in Australia too to see a plant emerge from what looks like an unsuitable environment. Good diagonal and colours. TFS. Murray.

Hello Sergiy,
A very good light on this photograph full with symbol. We note here that nature always takes again its rights. I like much contrasts and the good clearness of the image. I will have preferred a framing more brought closer with less concrete, but it is my opinion Nevertheless good glance and thank you for the Sergiy note.
With all my friendships and a very good end-of-day,
Jean-Charles

Hi Sergiy,
very nice composition. I like the contrast of colorful flowers with the gray concrete.
It reminds me very much about Ireland. Here is rains so much that plants grow everywhere they can.
So it is quite common to see something growing on a roof. But also Ireland is full of various walls and stones and they are always covered with some plants which seem to use every inch of the soil available for them.
Very interesting,
M

Hello Sergiy,
I like this, not the most beautiful shot, but it certainly show the life in the most unexpected place and just how life will survived in the most imposssible place. That why in many of my photos I show plants and or little flower in the most unlikely place like the desert. Though to make this composition more interesting, I would have cropped 1/4 of the image on the right, it will cut down much of the negative space as well as making the dandilion larger and more prominent.

Hello Sergiy, We see these type of examples everywhere, I am always amazed that plants can survive in conditions that are not ideal. On my last trip to Italy my cousin cooked some of these dandelions and we ate them, I was surprised they tasted very nice.
A good idea and well realised, excellent quality image.
Thank you

Hi Sergiy
An interesting texture study with good light and fine sharpness. Funny where nature can come back to life, despite all the concrete and tar!
Greetings
