Photographer's Note

Admiralty Arch is a large office building in London which incorporates an archway providing road and pedestrian access between The Mall, which extends to the southwest all the way to Buckingham Palace, and Trafalgar Square to the northeast. It was completed in 1912 and adjoins the Old Admiralty Building, hence the name.

This particular day the late afternoon light streaming through the archway caught my eye, and it was only a matter of time before I was able to liven up the composition with a passing London taxi.
