This shot was taken just before the first match to be played at White Hart Lane, the home of Tottenham Hotspur. The pitch had been re-turfed a month before the match and, when this was taken, nobody had kicked a ball on it. I just liked the way the grass had been cut and how it caught the sun.

Excellent composition, I really like this shot. I'd prefer a little brighter lighting to brighten up the colours a bit.

Excellent pattern shot. The shades of green going diagonally across the frame with the one straight white line with the circle adding a change of pattern.

Great graphic shot. I like the contrast of the lines against the variations of green. Good composition, you've chosen this piece of the pitch well for maximum impact.

great photo...good idea and good composition...the only thing i don't like about it is that it is that it is the photo of Tottenham's pitch! being a Fulham FC fan, i have a hard time appreciating this photo! next time, photograph The Cottage!
