after the visitors have gone home after a day on the beach, i went down for the sunset ,but looking back towards whitby i could not resist this shot. To the locals this beach is known as 3 mile sands, because from whitby to sandsend it is 3 miles of glorious sandy beaches.

Adrian, this is a magical view and the color the setting sun has put on all of it is gorgeous. I think it all might be a bit soft of focus but it is hard to tell, I say that because I don't see the any really sharp focus area in the frame. Great one just the same.

Greg

Adrian,
Nice evening shot! Your composition is fine with the walkway leading the eye through the shot. The lighting and colors are great with nice sharpness and detail. The blending of natural and artificial lighting is great making for an appealing photo.

Asa

Hi Adrian,
Lovely end of day scene in your lovely harbor town.
Love how the harbor hills wind out against the great ocean.
Beautiful late day mixture of blue and gold colors with the whole scene seen in fine details, sharpness and focus.
Regards, Tom

Very atmospheric - summer evening feeling.
I wondered about running a small burn brush over the bright windows and lights.

Hi Adrian,
You certtainly captured some magical blue hour light; yet you also caght the last raysd of sun on the bluff giving you a reflection of natural light. A very unique and beautiful blue houe combination.

The time of day really gives a wonderful (and rather romantic ;) mood to this image. The lights are beautiful, and it appears to be a great spot to stroll! TFS

Hallo Adrian!
A wonderful atmosphere you caught here - nearly a bit mystic. This light really is amazing, nearly solemn. A photo "to dream into" ...
Greetings from autumnal Germany!
