Higgeldy piggeldy - Scattered about...helter skelter.....a mess....disorganized.
I this case an old roof that has been retiled, without straightening the original roof, it creates a delightful jumble of lines and shapes.
Also newer roof windows and the demise of chimneys as more modern central heating is put in the houses.
Slight lines are down the photo as it was taken through the window of the Maltings Theatre & Arts Centre and the reflections were inevitable. We were in the cafe and I took a photo from the balcony, but the effect was different and didn't show the features as well.. |
