Can't say much of this one. A street near Paddington station.

Levels, usual fight against noise, desaturation and toning.

Hi Kari,
Very nice angle to capture the repeating architectural patterns.
Great black white,
Maybe needs a bit of sharpening,
Regards
Daniel

Hi Kari
I don't know why there are so repetitive houses in Great Britain. It's strnage. I like your perspective and your frame. It's an interesting picture.
Well done

This is a well seen shot Kari and pretty well executed, the DOF is good so the focus carries on from front to back which is vital in a shot like this.In addition the subtle Sepia toning works well and I think the grain adds rather than detracts. The downside is that it lacks just that final bit of sharpening to give definition to the buildings,I downloaded and added unsharp mask of 125-0.5-1 and it really made a difference+

I like it very much.
Good crop and DOF.
The Sepia tone fits well, is like an old photo

Hi, the reason for repetative houses is historical .. The rich finally conceded they needed to live close together if they wish to live in or near London (space, costs etc). A formula was reached whereby it
wouldn't be apparent they lived in adjoining buildings .. and that was to build them so alike that they looked like on vast house. Silly snobbery, really.

Nice shot and light. Noise always looks 'better' when it's converted to B/W! Did you do the B/W conversion in Photoshop? Whereever it happened it's good!

I aggree with rbcy1974 . . . maybe just a *touch* of unsharping? Might give it a bit more of a Tri-X look.

Hello Kari,
Interesting POV, and I'm fascinated by the geometry in your capture! Great diagonal lines on many levels, with good details... Nice idea all well executed

I like your angle / POV here Kari showing the repeating houses all in a row. The BW view seems to give it an extra interest. TFS.

A shot that reminds me of all those people going to work like robots, all the same and no individualality (gosh I wonder if I spelt that long word right) but never read a book by its cover.
Nice shot

Simon

This is a nice b&w image. The noise does not worry me. I think that a bit of noise can enhance some b&w shots.
