Probably one ot the most photographed castles in the world, and hard to resist.
Trying to get an interesting POV is not easy - I settled for this as the best I took at the time - hope you like. |

Hello Morag, the composition is good, however what the image misses is some form of light (i.e. from a sunrise or sunset) preferably on this side of the castle, to bring out all that detail, that would turn it into a stunner.

Very nice shot,Colour and shadows work well.
Like it, I took one few years past very similar, though not quite as close.
Not so easy to get a bright sun behind.

Hi morag, I like it and it shows a tipical west coast kind of day, I think you found a good POV because as you said in your note its been photograhed many times, good DOF too and I like the reflection.
