[Ligne directrice - Note] Note du photographe
Well, its not my pair of shoes that post processing thing resulting in special effects .. but this time i could not resist.
While searching my archives for another "Sweet ..." series bit I found the "Tower of London" stuff in my files and instantly decided to check how the place could have looked like a hundred years ago. And this is what I discovered.
Just to compare the original London with the old one I enclose the colour version in ws, too.

Hi Jerzy,
Nice effect you got here. I think it works well with this old photo style. Maybe you could correct the perspective.
Cyril

Dzien Dobry Jerzy, I like this result too, even the noise in the sky adds to the oldie feeling. About the composition, you could have framed here just a little bit less tight, to include the whole foreground structure. What is it, by the way ?
I like the color version too, nice light (who said "unusual for London" ?) and a nice blue sky.

Hi Jerzy

I like the diagonal axis, the grain, & the sepia like tone in this image. Well done!

Well I have to say that although I enjoy your "sweet cities" series very much, I'm not a big fan of the post-processing effet here, it's a bit too heavy for my taste. But it's really a simple matter of taste!
Other than that I like the composition of the picture and the way you use the background to explain where the picture has been taken. Please keep on with the series, it's really interesting and good work.

I agree with Sophie, your post-processing is a little heavy. But your composition is interesting.
I like this centring, and the dynamism brought by the perspective and the tones.
I try some WS

I find this image absolutely not bad, but B/W is not my cup of tea, but the sharpness and the total composition is very nice.
Greetings John.

Interesting stuff here, I liek the patterns and the architecture, very well shot, but I think it is a little too bright in some areas

Nice work here Jerzy, good light effect, you've succeded in making the photo and the place look old, nice cropping and point of view, well done.

Great interesting subject Jerzy, very well captured. The post processing is well done and is really adapt to the subject. Nice effect !

I must say that the color tone that you used is very appropriate. It lends a classic feel to the picture. Nice lines in the sky.
