Photographer's Note
This is my offering to the world of reflections here on TE.
It seems that at least one in your gallery is important, and this will be mine !
Taken only yards from Ricx's cottage, ( actually the bridge by the shop for the morning's freshly baked bread )
For those of a more conventional mindset, the original is in WS

Hello Martin.
I had to look twice before I saw what was going on!
An eye catching shot that has certainly made full use of those lovely reflections,it is nicely sharp and very colourful.
Your PP has worked very well.
All the best Les.

Hi Martin,
a great idea and an excellent realization! It was here on TE that I learnt to love reflections and these are very successful. The composition is also fascinating. My compliments also for the nice title!
Warm regards

Hello Martin,
this is a brilliant composition, an ingenious idea realized with superb control and skill. It's fantastic how you've rearranged everything and attributed new intriguing roles to all the elements. Lighting and clarity are wonderful, delighting the viewer and supporting the intrigue. I love the original black framing and the playful curve running through it. An unsusual and most effective picture, congratulations and thank you!
All the best, have a great weekend,
Ourania

Excellent composition and the dirt path with the overhead bridge enhances your photo perfectly. Wonderful job with colors and lighting and with great fine detail to clarity and sharpness. Your artistic POV is very pleasing. Great Job Martin!!

Hi Martin, Good joke! I couldn't gues how it was done, just upside down. Looks very interesting with this oval hole. Pathway to the sky, now I understand the title.
so you visited our friend Ricx in Cropredy. Rgds to the big oak.

Hi Martin,
very creative composition, amazing effect. I have spent a while trying to invert it in my mind and yet after looking at the original I realized I was wrong.
Amazing geometry, very well spotted.
Have a great Sunday,

Hi Martin!
Well thought! Not easy to understand at first glance, but I like the result. The pathway makes all the difference here. Very good composition!

Hello Martin,
This is a wonderful picture and one which I had to study for a little while (and with the benefit of your workshop picture) to work out exactly what was going on here.
But it's a very successful photograph which is also technically excellent - perfect exposure, good composition and lovely colours and details.
Brilliant!
Kind Regards,
John.
