[Ligne directrice - Note] Note du photographe
View from the Precipice Walk on the outskirts of Dolgellau in Snowdonia National Park. The view is in the general direction of the Mawddach Estuary and Barmouth on the west coast. A typical British autumn day with scudding clouds and the sun breaking through at random intervals. I could have waited all day and never had the entire view in sunlight.
Rain kept threatening but thankfully never came to anything.
When they named it 'Precipice Walk' they weren't kidding. You can move back and forth along the path to change viewpoint, but 'a couple of steps to the side' really isn't an option! :-)

Beautifully composed. The red and green fall colors along with the purple clouds add considerably to the photo.

Very nice. The clouds on the left appear blown out a bit. I really like how the light is on the green valley below.
