The Buckingham Palace guard in his famous red uniform. I think he looked rather like a toy wrapped in a box, waiting patiently for the customer to come... On that day I managed to miss the the Changing of the Guard yet again. (It takes place in the forecourt of Buckingham Palace, which is the official London residence of the Britisch monarch.
Taken through the bars of the Palace fence, with "Premier" zoom compact camera, film: Kodak Ultra (ISO 400). That was the maximum close-up I could get.

An uncomplicated shoot but rather harmonic.

I really pity this man's job. Standing still before the entrance before this palace during hours, it's nothing for me. You made a well captured image out of this scene. Well composed.
