Here’s a little fact I bet you didn’t know!
What is a bus lane?
Designated lanes for busses to pass through busy cities and motorways and therefore being a reliable source of transport.
Where was the first bus lane?
In 1962 to Germans designated a bus lane to the streets of Hamburg and then the country took the idea on after the first tests showed how effective it was...after this, other countries studied Germany’s efficient bus system and so it spread...

Fun facts:
San Paulo has 14,900 busses in the city and 155km bus lanes
London has 240km of bus lanes and 6,800 busses...

that’s a lot of transport....

soo...there’s your little history on bus lanes for now, so why oh why, if there are so many lanes, does THIS bus decide to break the rules????
So much for all the effort :P

Have a nice evening!

Hello Paul,
I loved this composition a lot which captured masterfully with the f/11 on the effect on the moving bus which it unusual not using the given lane! great moment of this captured!
the diagonal pov makes it very impressive with a good view of the city as well!
I found the b/w format truly suitable for this take
a pleasing and artistic image from a talented photographer from UK!

Hi Paul!

Excellent artistic photo from a very common subject, but it's the way you shot it that makes the diference! Excellent choice of b&w and wonderful "distorted" perspective! Congratulations!

Hercules
