Indeed a good shot my dear friend. That mechanic camel looks good here, surrounded by all that dust. Atmosphere is great and so is that back light. I wonder if you couldn't pop a stop higher. Now I wanna see that sunset from that amazing view point... :)

The low-angled sunlight has picked out the rising dust beautifully, making for a really atmospheric image.
There's a bit too much space to the left of the car for my liking, but this is very well taken nontheless.

Hi Lucie,
This is not the normal photo from you, but you always seem to make the best of the lighting. A simple composition with the motor car on the dusty road, but you've managed to make the most of it. I really like the varied lighting captured in the dust. Well done.

ps the problem with marking rental cars in a different way is that in the past, criminals have targeted rental cars for robberies ..... many car rental companies have stopped marking their cars in this way now.

I can understand why this is one of your favourites, Lucie - the backlighting in this is brilliant. Composition is excellent too - and you selected the perfect POV to capture this action. I think that if the vehicle had been a rally car and not a rented car, you'd have this on the front cover of a motor sports magazine in no time at all. Magical work. Cheers . . . David

Hi Lucie, the light in this shot is fabulous. You caught the time right, then with the dust rising up into the light from the car you've been provided with some excellent colour and even texture to this light. Very well planned and executed shot.
