Cleaning the big pool in city and do not any try to saving fishes from this pool by chiefs and directions.
You can sea how this man trying to save fishes from muddy water.
It is realy bad impression.

Its great to see that some people care about the fish. Good POV. It looks like a monochromatic image punctuated with some red colour but I'm sure it's a colour image.

In my opinion it's a good direction in Photography, showing such matters.
A good subject and a good Point of View results in such interesting photograph.
One thing. Because the whole photograph is almost 'black and white' I would try making a partial desaturation. The whole picture black and white apart from the red fish ...
