Photographer's Note
The golden cross atop the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. It was taken with a 300mm telephoto lens from the confines around the upper level around the outside of the church.
Other photos I have posted including the approach to the patriarch of Jerusalem's offices and the monk on a cell phone were taken from the same area.
