Rotation, also known as VR, it’s a precise calculated moment when pilots enable to lift the nose and consequently the plane leave ground, being airborne.
The picture was taken late afternoon, flight was en-route Madrid.
This specific plane, A Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, registration EC-NCY of Air-Europa made its first flight on August 31st, 2019, powered by two Roles-Royce Trent 1000 turbofan engines. It has a seat configuration of 339 passengers.

Today, Nov. 4th, 2019, IAG consortium announce the purchase of Air-Europa for 1B Euro's. IAG is parent of British-Airways and Iberia.

*** V1, VR, and V2 speed's are usually announce by the co-pilot indicating as follows:
V1, critical engine-failure-speed, means that at this point of no-return, pilot decide whether to continue the take-off procedure - or abort taking-off.
VR: rotation, as explained above.
V2 is the calculated speed which the plane able to lift off the ground.
