Kings of the Hill

| [Ligne directrice - Note] Note du photographe |
| Donkeys are an almost omnipresent presence in Petra. Anywhere you look, there they are. And Bedouins seem to have been born on them: I could see a boy no more than three riding one as nice and safe as I feel on my couch. They are (the donkeys, I mean) the ideal means of transportation around the place. So it was no surprise finding these two on top of the hill surveilling their dominions. They really were the Kings of the Hill. |

Hi Rafael.
A very nice shot.
Central composition, a good forecast (the stones and the plant on the low side) and two amazing subject.
Really well done.
Best regards.
Bobo.
Hi Rafael,
A good angle on these two donkeys. The terrain loooks quite rough, just where these animals are it's best. Different colours add interest.

Hi Rafael
I like this composition shot from down below. Alas I don't think these donkeys are very happy and I'm sure they don't feel like kings. It is unfortunate that these animals are among the most abused in the world.

Hardy souls as well Rafael. They have a really pleasant nature to themselves. They seem almost comical here criss-crossing each other. Like the low pov as well.
