Photographer’s Note
There are a string of beaches on Kuwait's east side and many of them have restaurants, some fast food, some speciality and a few which are cordon bleu. I am not really sure which this one is, it's probably Le Notre. The view is from the gallery of the Kuwait Towers through the glass.

interesting view but the colors seem off, a color cast perhaps. try and sethte resteraunt structure that looks white to white.
