Photographer’s Note
Al Jalali and Al Mirani Forts are the two premier forts in Muscat that will catch your sight as soon as you step into the city of Muscat. It looks as if the forts guard the whole city. It stands on the mountains just by the harbor. These forts were built way back during the Portuguese regime and are at present used by the army of Muscat. Tourists are not easily allowed inside the forts but they can take pictures from outside.

Good morning Elitsa
What an unusual place it must be. Just a castle at the top of a bare mountain so old but still used. Nice POV and nice framing
Have a nice week and TFS

Elitsa,
Very interesting place, not so easy to photograph, everything is in one or two colors, but you did a good job, especially with your composition.
Pozdrav!
