Photographer’s Note
While exploring Oman we came upon this football game that was in full swing on this prestine piece of land :-). We were told that this is a league game and one of the teams travelled about 120km's to the venue. I admired their skill and determination to play in Pele's words "The beautiful game" no matter what. In the time we watched the game none of the players fell, however the referee went to ground amids cheers of the 30 odd crowd.
