At first I didn't notice those hikers, but once I saw them I said "WOW!" They really add so much to this photo, an they truly are walking in the air. The view is almost scary. I really like the way you composed this shot.

Assez impressionnant cette vue. J'aime bein cet arrière plan comme estompé qui donne encore plus de profondeur à la photo.
Le premier WS me plait bien aussi par la courbe du canyon.

Hola Stephane... Il y a quelque chose dans cette paysage que j´aime... Je crois que la raison c´est plus parce qu´elle me rapelle le film "Lawrence du Arabia" je ne sais pas pourquoi mais c´est comme ça... Tu vois, je l´aime si tant que je t´ecris en français... Oh la la! Merci pour partager.

Tu nous joues les randonneurs sur le GR Omani la !
Une image qui donne une bonne sensation de hauteur malgre son cadrage horizontal, surtout une fois qu'on a trouve les marcheurs et vu leur taille.

génail ces 2 plan, quelle beau cadrage, avec cette immensité, c'est vrai que ton cliché fait tourner la tête, gare à ceux qui ont le vertige, superbe.

really an dangerous narrow and earthy alley on the Mt.that looks direct in the canyon.A view that take you the breath away.A fantastic and interest place that it's difficult to visit anyone.Thanks for the sharing.Well done.

une sacré ballage a faire dans un tel paysage, des pierres que des pierres, mais c'est tellement grandiose qu'on s'y perdrai, pas évident a gérer cette lumiére, belle diagonale

This is really impressive and I find it even more impressive when I look at that group of people that add so well scale to the photo. I imagine you must feel really small among such huge rocks. The light is great too with a good contrast between the foreground and the hazy background. Great work, thanks for sharing!

Well all I can say is "Rather you than me". We do a lot of walking but I don't think I could manage anything like this. It serves to emphasise how tiny we humans are in the vast landscape. As for the WSs I cannot imagine there is even a path there! Respect!

Stéphane, l'homme est tout petit dans cette grosse fourmilière. Il y a de quoi se remettre en question, non ?
J'aime ce paysage vertigineux au sens propre. Les photos en WS sont également très intéressantes.

ces gorges sont grandioses, la taille des trekkers est là pour nous confirmer cette profondeur, a voir les photos en WS cela a du etre un superbe trek.

Bonsoir Stéphane,

Ce n'est pas le Grand canyon américain mais c'est tout comme !!! Vertigineuse image et ces forts contrastes de lumière donnent une effet de relief très appréciable. On se sent vraiment petit face à un tel spectacle comme nous pouvons le constater grâce à ce petit groupe, magnifique, merci Stéphane, j'aime beaucoup.

Vertigineux, impressionnant ! Bien sûr qu'on voit le groupe, c'est très bien qu'il soit inclus pour indiquer le sentier... J'aime aussi la brume dans le ravin et sur l'autre côté du gouffre... une photo géante !

A spectacular view point - so much depth and perspective through the shot. i would not have seen the hikers were it not for your note!! They are just a spec in the scheme of things.

Impressionnant ce canyon de chez canyon!!!Faut pas se rater! La corniche du premier plan fait une belle diagonale, et la différence de luminosité avec le fond du canyon donne une bonne profondeur.
J'aime bien tes photos d'Oman!!

Really a fantastic shot Stephane, and depth to it is amazing. Looks like it was hazy day, so well done for looking to the un-obvious shots. Wow! as I'm typing, I've just realised they are people in the top left corner! this place is huge!

Two distinct parts of the compo. separated by an imaginary diagonal line. And you followed that path you showed in the WS. No looking right, I'm sure! The trekkers look so tiny in this massive scale of rocks. Amazing!

WOW... how deep is this canyon?? It seems indeed that you walk in the air with the composition that you choose! At first i didn't spot the hikers. They make the image even more impressive because we get an idea of scale.

tu as su trouver un POV qui rende ce canyon tout à fait impressionant!On en a presque le vertige!Les personnages semblent tout petits face à cette immensité!Quelle belle marche ça a dû être!J'aime le contraste entre le fond brumeux et le premier plan ensoleillé,ça donne un impact encore plus fort à la photo!Magnifique!
