Photographer’s Note

Smaller than the "Hands of Victory" arch in Baghdad...I really don't know the history behind this arch. However, I understand that Arabs view swords as symbols of justice, bravery and such.....anyhow, I thought it was an interesting monument and I photographed it.

Hello Azahel,
This is an interesting monument, and I like seeing photos from cities that we don't see very often. The billboard that falls within the arch is also nice. It seems to me that the colors are a bit off; there seems to be too much blue/green. I made a workshop with some corrections. I hope you like it. :-)
