Photographer’s Note
One of the many mosques in Doha, the capital of Qatar.
The brand new West Bay Mosque was a perfect foreground for the sunset, although it was pretty hard to find a good POV, because of all the disturbing things of a nearby construction site and the main street in front of the building.
This POV I liked most, because from here the disturbing pole of the street light in the front is nearly "camouflaged" by the minaret.

Hello Karsten,
Certainly a better than average sunset picture, where the cupola and the minaret are nicely silhouetted against the hazy evening sky, yet with enough light remaining om them to make the architectural details visible. The lights inside the mosque and in the front match the sunlight attractively. A smart choice of pov - I had hardly noticed the pole if you hadn't pointed it out.
Regards,
Gert

Perfect sharpness and a wonderful orange of a setting sun. Good camouflague on the pole!
