Photographer’s Note

This is a detail of the famous gate "Tetrapylon" (=four pillars) of Aphrodisias. It was been reconstructed in the year 1991 by the late Prof.Kenan T.Erim who spent almost 30 years of his life, excavating this marvellous city.
On WS you can see the gate.

Afrodisias'ın ünlü kapısı "Tetrapilon" (=dört sütun) dan bir detay. Bu kapı, yaşamının 30 yılını bu antik kentin ortaya çıkarılmasına adayan rahmetli Prof. Kenan T.Erim tarafından 1991 yılında eski haline getirildi. WS de kapının tamamının bir görüntüsü yer alıyor.

Hi Mesut,
A very good POV with a very slight asymmetry to create extra interest. A very good combination of this beautiful and interesting architecture with the deep blue sky above!

Der Blickwinkel macht dies zu einem besonderen Foto! Sehr eindrucksvoll! Das Licht "meißelt" hier jedes Detail wunderbar heraus. Ist das so stehen geblieben - oder man es wieder aufgebaut?

mimarinin nereden nereye geldiğinin dünyamız açısından hayret verici acı gerçeği...
çok beğendim,
korkut'a katılıyorum ama onun dönmesini beklemek :(..
şimdi bi gitsek o gelince ikinci turu mu yapsak...birinci gidişe onun yerine kuzey'i götürsek mesela... :p

Afrodisiasın güzelliklerini sayende tanıyoruz. Afrodisiasın bu ünlü kapısının bu detayı da çok güzel fotoğraflanmış.
Egenin mavisi, mermerin beyazı ile çok güzel tezat oluşturmuş.

merhaba mesut abi
çok güzel bir bakış açısı olmuş.persfektif mükemmel.nefis mavi gökyüzü altında detaylar harika görünüyor.ben burayı sizin sayenizde tanıdım inanın daha önce ismini duymuştum ama pek bilgi sahibi değildim.ben buraya tekrar gitmek istiyorum.sonbaharı kaçırdık gibi ama kış mevsimininde farklı bir etkisi oluyor.iki yıl önce gittiğimde babadağ'a kar düşmüştü inşallah yine öyle bir görüntüye kısmet olurda gidersem rastlarım.
