Lumière d'orage sur le Taurus (2) Photo

Photographer’s Note

Cette photo a été prise juste après celle que j'ai publiée hier.
Un autre rayon de soleil est venu éclairer de manière magistrale la masse rocheuse du Taurus sur laquelle un orage se formait.
Le camp de Sokullupinar d'où a été pris cette photo se trouve à environ six kilomètres de Demirkazik.
Hormis un petit recadrage, aucun post-traitement n'a été fait sur cette image.

Who needs PP when you have scenes like these! Fantastic how the part of the cliff is lit up by the sunray against the dull deep blue sky...amazing!

Beautiful light here, especially nice against this dark stormy sky. It really illuminated the rugged mountain so nicely, giving us such great details and texture of the rock. Your photo is beautiful, I find the title of white text over the black is very distracting and the font is a bit to big. It take away attention to your beautiful photo. Thanks

Vraiment impressionnant ce spot lumineux sur ces rochers, le contraste est saisissant sur ce fond de ciel sombre, bien cadré, intéressant résultat.

magnifique prise. un cadrage très sympa avec cette diagonale, une très grande profondeur d'image avec une netteté excellente. cette lumière sur une partie de la montagne apporte un dynamisme superbe.

a nice presentation of the Mt,under the storm with the 'hole' of the fallen light,as the diagonal to make the scene more interesting.

Olá Stéphane, wonderful series from these mountains. This kind of light is everything that a photographer can expect. I like it even more than a clean blue sky. Magical and dramatic mood, very well executed keeping the details in the shadowed area.

You have made a very dramatic composition of the glowing peak against the dark sky, the detail in the shadowed foreground shows your excellent light management. I couldn't resist going through the trip, Your photos are really outstanding. I especially like the large version of the Rose Valley pano, I'll be back when I catch up on my critiques.

Bonjour Stephane,

Je garde une preference pour le post precedent qui avait une plus grande ampleur. Mais je ne boude pas mon plaisir de profiter de cette lumiere incroyable.
Il manque peut etre une silhouette ou un element reconnaissable pour faire partager la taille de ce paysage?

Sunlight accompanied by a dark, stormy sky makes an excellent combination and results in a dramatic image. The almost 50/50 split with the strong diagonal works well compositionally too.
