A different POV and a good B&W image. The cropping is just right and the cloudy sky enhances the mood here. The persons on the bridge are adding to the value.

Hello Özhan,
A nicely regular composition from a fine perspective. Your choice of b&w was good, because it makes us focus on the shapes of the bridge and the lampposts and their silhouettes. The colours would not have been important here. The people on the bridge are well placed, just walking into the centre of the picture.
