Fin de journée sur la mosquée Bleue à Istanbul...il a plu toute la journée ce jour-là et puis en fin d'après-midi, un petit rayon de soleil, le ciel se dégage, vite vite, on court....et voilà!

Dusk on the Blue Mosk, it had been raining all day that day but then, end of the afternoon, a ray of sun pierces through the clouds, the sky clears up....quick, quick, we gotta make it...et voilà!

Now thats a unique shot of the Blue Mosque, I havent seen such picture with a reflection of this magnificient structure. Perhaps a bit more sharpness is needed.

Despite the gathering dusk there is still enough light on the mosque to recognise some of the details. The light in the sky is very appealing and the reflections both of the light and the silhouettes are very pretty.

la lumière est originale et très subtile dans cette superbe image. C'est bien d'avoir eu ce reflet dans l'eau qui donne une dimension suplémentaire

The semi silhouette works fine with me. I can still see some details on the mosque facade. The reflections are good, but there appears to be some lack of sharpness. This is well done & am surprised that this is so underrated

Bonjour Philippe,

Tu as bien capté l ambiance du moment et surtout l eclairage interessant de fin de jour qui vient dessiner les silhouettes de la mosquée.
Un jour, il faudra que je me decide a visiter Istanbul, ca semble etre une ville vraiment interessante.
