Photographer’s Note
Everyone knows Turkey
Beaches, big bridges and mosques,
Istanbul, Antalya and Marmaris..
But this country has a lot of colourful faces.
The region where mosty Kurds live is also called "The Wild Wild East".
Different cultures
Different religions
And different places.
This s one of these places. Let me remind you that in the East there is no beach...but there are so many hidden places to visit. Not only natural laces, but also historical places like Halfeti, Haran, Zeugma, Hasankeyf, Mardin etc...
I took this photo this summer when I visited Urfa where my Kurdish roots come from.
I visited Halfeti 4 times yet, but everytime I discover it again and again.

Hello Ferhat. During the hasty running over the TE pages I see your beautiful photo. It pleases me very well. Very dynamically and full movement. With regards, Wolfgang.
