Photographer's Note

A shot from Hasan Dagi with snow in JULI. It was a great feeling to climb up there and reach the summit...It worths trying ;))

Mount Hasan (Hasan Dagi in Turkish) is an inactive volcano in Aksaray, Turkey. With an altitude of 3,268 m (10,700 ft.), it ranks as the second highest mountain of Central Anatolia.

Approximately six hours walk is required to climb to the top of the mountain, as it is not possible to drive up. At the summit, one is faced with a fabulous view over the central Anatolian plateu, including the distant Cappadocia.
